Appearence

John Bender's attire has long brown hair and has a pierced ear. At the film's conclusion, Claire gives him in earing, which he respectively pierces into that ear. John's attire through most of the film is a red plaid shirt, fingerless gloves, torn pants and heavy workboots. His clothes are relatively worn in comparison to the other teens. Also, he has a cigar burn on his arm inflicted by his father for spilling paint in the garage.
